DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Operational Management**:

- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Monitor the dining area and kitchen to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high standards of customer service and address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Interact with customers to ensure their dining experience meets or exceeds expectations.
- Handle reservations and manage seating arrangements during busy periods.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise and support restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Monitor kitchen and dining area cleanliness and organization.
- Address any issues related to food preparation or service immediately.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee performance.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Restaurant Manager/Assistant General Manager as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
