Develop and implement sales strategies for retail and bulk products, including planning and execution.
- Calculate and recommend cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Lead the Sales & Marketing team, set targets, and motivate team members to achieve optimal results.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners to expand the sales network.
- Prepare and execute contract negotiations and major sales agreements.
- Analyze company performance and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage the sales budget and monitor target achievements.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team and other departments to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Report sales performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Seek and explore new opportunities for market and sales expansion.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree with any major
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with specific experience in retail and bulk sales of palm oil (PFAD, Olein, RBD Palm Oil) and derivative products.
- Managerial skills with a proven track record of leading sales and marketing teams and achieving targets.
- Experience in market management, analysis, pricing, and marketing development especially with international market
- Skilled in formulating sales strategies and managing distribution, both directly and through distributors.
- Capable of planning and managing budgets within the Sales & Marketing division.
- Able to seek and explore new opportunities for market and sales expansion.
