- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, clients and vendors
- Conduct coaching and assessment of the behavior and achievements of subordinates
- Developing products or services from the company
- Track competitor activities and market conditions

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Have 5 years experience in Agrochemical with same position (especially in Fertilizer /

Agrochemical Product / Herbicides / Pesticide Industry
- Able to prepare strategic plans, monthly and annual reports
- Able to carry out promotion and branding programs
- Have good communication in English, Mandarin/Hokkien, negotiation and

presentation skills
- Have knowledge of all processes about events, production events, awareness, etc
- Understand inbound and outbound marketing

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
