Our culinary team is dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality dishes, and we are currently looking for a passionate and talented Junior Pastry Cook to join our kitchen brigade.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of a variety of desserts and pastry items in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times.
- Support the Pastry Chef in daily operations, including mise en place, inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the pastry section.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all pastry products.
- Contribute ideas for new desserts or improvements to existing menu items.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a hotel, restaurant, or high-end lounge environment.
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and tools.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a strong sense of taste and presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic culinary team.
