The Maintenance Associate Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure for SOZO Clinic and Sparks Education brands. Coordinating for both preventive and corrective maintenance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance to the quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily tasks
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure equipment and facilities are operating safely and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with SLA and quality standards
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Create accurate records and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce downtime

**Job Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in maintenance or engineering, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in a Lifestyle and/or Education brand is preferable
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field is preferable (or technical certification or associate degree with relevant experience)
