The IT Enabled Transformation (ITET) team assists organizations in leveraging technology across platforms and environments to address specific objectives and help achieve business. As a member of KPMG's IT Enablement and Transformation service line, you will contribute as an IT advisor and deliver quality high work.

What you will do:

Our
SAP Enablement
team is at the forefront of digital transformation. We work closely with clients to optimize operational reliability and efficiency through the implementation and enhancement of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) solutions.

As part of this practice, you'll collaborate with experienced SAP professionals and industry experts to deliver tailored maintenance and asset management solutions that align with each client's operational goals. You'll help organizations enhance asset reliability, minimize downtime, and build future-ready maintenance strategies.

Desired skills & experience:

  • For Associate: A bachelor's degree in information technology, information system or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
  • For Senior: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a IT consulting firm.
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks—corrective, preventive, and predictive—are managed efficiently to reduce downtime and maintain asset reliability
  • Asset registration and data collection of 120,000 assets
  • Optimization of maintenance strategies for airport facilities and equipment
  • Implementation of technology, particularly AI, for predictive maintenance of airport facilities and equipment
  • Business Process Implementation for Facility & Equipment Maintenance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
  • Proficiency in developing high quality materials and deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports with attention to details
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
