**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage maintenance End to End Process schedule and resources to solve all the incoming helpdesk
- Maintenance Cost Optimization
- Helpdesk Responsiveness
- User Satisfaction NPS for customer
- Analyze the issues addressed in helpdesk to determine the correct solution and the future improvement plan
- Coordinate and maintain good communication with landlord/building management to solve any maintenance issue which involves landlord interference/approval
- Provide weekly report related to helpdesk progress status
- Select and/or suggest and/or source construction materials that is having the same quality with best price
- Review quotation from vendors related to Quantity, price and work details
- Check the output quality carried out by vendor and make sure it meets standard
- Create data base of lighting specifications used in every store

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree Architecture/Interior Design holder
- At least 6 years working experience in same position
- Experienced in retail industries is a must Specialist in maintenance working within the construction industry and/or in house project in retail company in Retail Industry
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
