**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Business Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in a developer or property consultant.
- Knowledgeable in property market research and the property industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
