Job Descriptions:
- Give ideation of new product or improved product skincare and decorative.
- Create a master plan of new product innovation that consists of the product concept, product specification, proposal retail price, target cost of goods, etc.
- Managing the products in a timely manner and having negotiation skills to make sure the process runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with manufacturer and packaging PIC to create a great formulation as well as a great packaging design.
- Do product and market research for every product innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, creative and sales team for product knowledge and sufficient product sharing to ensure the product communication aligns with the product specification.
Requirements:
- Having product development internship experience in the beauty industry.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related major.
- Following beauty trends in Indonesia and abroad.
- Passionate in the beauty industry.
- Having strong analytical thinking and problem solver.
- Able to work in fast pace industry and culture.
- Experience in creating product concepts, development timeline and controlling cost product.
- Experience in having a discussion and negotiation with the manufacturer.
- Strong in Project Engagement and Project Management.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang Selatan with full WFO system.
