Manage Sharia Financing development schedule and develop detailed action plan in consistency with marketing and distribution channel strategies
- Initiative to gather information of new Sharia Financing ideas and Lead allocated Sharia Financing development process
- Delivered a project on specific Sharia Financing development, system enhancement and process improvement
- Collaborate with stake holder to implement a project on new Sharia Financing and system enhancement as performance to follow and comply with Sharia compliance
- Supervise the sales growth of the new Sharia Financing product or the new enhancement of the existing Sharia Financing product
- Conduct market intelligence on competitors analysis, such as new product launch, new sales initiatives or other strategic development made by other competitor, in order to inform management awareness of current market environment
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business development with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Good in Analisa, business strategy marketing, Agile Development, understand end to end business processes, understand risk management, understand the concept of muamalah fiqih
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
