**Job Title : Sales Operation Analyst**

**Hiring Manager : Growth Manager**

**Location : Remote (Jakarta)**

**About the Role**:
Sales Operations Analyst strategize, owns, monitors, plans and improves the effectiveness of our Sales team to make sure the Sales team performs at the highest level, winning customers, and onboarding them quickly, whilst collaborating with our internal teams and customers seamlessly. To do this, you must have an acumen for business, process and data.

**Key Objectives**:

- Strategize, plan, implement, monitor and continuously improve our Sales process and ensure a seamless Sales journey for our customers, increase win rate, and product usage
- Increase our Sales performance by working internally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product Managers and Legal team to create a fast and coherent collaboration by connecting the dots with data from other divisions that would relate to Sales performance, and continuously improve on the most efficient process
- Generate insights by analyzing our sales data to understand our customers and sales process. Provide next action improvements on customer targeting/prioritization, and improvements on Sales process to lubricate improve performance
- Monitor and analyze the Sales team’s key metrics, generate insights, reports and forecasts for C-Level and Sales Heads to make recommendations in improvements
