**Intro of Team**:
We are the Music team for ByteDance in Indonesia, and we handle all local operations for our music app, Resso. The Resso Indonesia team does music programming and library management, understands the local music streaming platform user, develops and executes programs to attract music enthusiasts to join and subscribe to the platform, and works with artists, labels and distributors to promote music and artists appealing to our target market.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Work directly with Product Managers, Operations Managers and Developers to ensure the features and contents we released are meet the market's taste and friendly to use.
2. Ensure success of all partnerships, internally and externally, by ensuring smooth integration during product and feature launches.
3. Measure and monitor the product's performance as well as presenting product related consumer, market and competitive intelligence to team.
4. Process the data include inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modeling them to discover useful information, informing conclusions, and supporting decision-making.
5. Communicate local team requirements to China's team, follow-up and make sure the whole process is going smoothly.
1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience in mobile app product operation or management. Product operation/ User operations experience within an internet company is preferred.
2. Passionate about building community product, and familiar with popular social/community/content apps in Indonesia.
3. Highly motivated and object-oriented self-starter.
4. Great communication skills to describe, elaborate and explain the particular thing.
5. Data analytic skills.
6. Project management skill is a plus.
7. Fluent in English and Bahasa.
