As a Product Operations Manager (IC role) within the Network Optimization Team at Micron Technology, you responsible for representing end to end value chain in defining and driving successful planning and execution of the early lifecycle of NPI and HVM products. This role will be responsible in coordinating NPI (New Product Introduction) and PRQ (Post Ramp Qualifications) across the PLM phase as products pass on to End of Life activities.

Key areas of responsibility will be:

- Support site selection processes that consider Business Unit Roadmaps, and Backend Manufacturing strategies through Tying the Rope and Teamcenter activities including, but not limited, to the creation and maintenance of Factory Network Assignments (FNAs)
- Drive Capacity Readiness on hardware Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) with cross functional teams to orchestrate and support NPI programs on time at early stage of Product Life
- Coordinate Product Post Ramp Qualification across global and functional teams to enable production readiness at new site through qualification completion and customer acceptance

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence others using a variety of approaches with or without position power
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups
- Decision making skills using data analysis techniques
- Demonstrated ability to communicate well with peers and senior leaders
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and tool experience (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, Tableau or SAP etc.)
- Ability to work with global multi-cultural teams
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity
- Ability and willingness to travel, both domestic and international, as needed to support job scope.

Required

Bachelor's Degree a relevant field such as
- Supply Chain Management
- Operations Management
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Semiconductors/Nanotechnology
- Related field of study

Preferably 3 -5 years experiences
