**Key Duties**:
**Streamlining: improve the operational efficiency and reduce the lead time of process**
- Establish the most efficient and productive daily product development process
- Ensure the resources (data, tools, etc.) needed for Product team are available and easy to use
- Streamline communication within team and with other related-departments to create efficiency
- Accelerate feedback loops within and to other related-departments
**Monitoring: monitor the operational activities, capture its data and analyze it**
- Collect, organize and analyze data and product metrics gathered to help the Product team create better decisions and priority
- Create relevant usage data system to capture and analyze data and product metrics
**Sandboxing: conduct micro/small experiment to improve the operational activities based on analysis result**
- Establish tools, methodology, procedure, etc. to conduct experiments/microsurvey
- Create and conduct experiments or microsurvey to gather user feedbacks
**Configuring: create business process document/SOP and lead implementation to the internal team and partner**
- Standardizing planning and process of product implementation
- Onboard and socialize SOP
- Maintain templates and guidelines
**Requirement & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Min. 2 years of experience in similar position, with concentration in maintaining data/data processing (product-related function experience is highly preferred)
- Familiarity with data capturing, monitoring and analysis
- Meticulous with data
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong logical, analytical and critical thinking ability
- Startup experience is strongly preferred
- Experienced in creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Business Process Scheme
- Preferably from one or more of the following areas: Product Manager/Product Operations/Product Owner, Management Consulting, Strategy, Program Management, Customer
- Understanding of agile and scrum methodologies is a plus
- Fluent in English

**Salary**: Rp900,000,000 - Rp1,100,000,000 per month
