Currently, our **Client** is looking for **Business Development Manager**

**Requirements**:

- Have 5 years of experience as a **Sales / Marketing in Advertising Agency / Digital Advertising / Media**:

- Rich experience in Influencer Marketing, especially Micro - Influencer Marketing
- Excellent Digital Product knowledge **:Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing**:

- Strong database and connection with potential clients for Digital Service
- Strong Business Acumen and Negotiation skills
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- Confidence, persuasive manner, strong problem - solving, and decision - making ability
- Ability to strategize, set budgets and deliver results at a Senior level
- Effective team management capabilities and strong leadership skills
- Good interpersonal abilities, outgoing personality who can thrive in a team
- Critical thinking and logical reasoning
- Have a strong passion for Startup
- Must be fluently in English (written and verbsl)

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and implement the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results)
- As a Management Team, you have a responsibility for Company revenue, gross profit, and net profit
- Liaise with the Management Team to define the negotiations strategy and new business streams development
- Advice on all aspects of the Digital Campaigns and their deployment to achieve client's business objectives
- Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business
- Manage and influence Senior level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships on a daily basis
- Provide the utmost level of client service
- Participate in pitches
- Part of YOYO Management Team in order to provide strategy of internal plan
- Lead and manage Business Team
- Ensure team members are aligned and adopt Company Vision, Mission, Values, Cultures and OKR (Objectives and Key Results)
- Set KPI, monitor the targets and productivity of the team
- In charge of biannual evaluation feedback and performance appraisal
- Responsibility for People Development (Career Development / Growth of Team Member)
- Organizing workflow and ensuring the Business Development Team understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Recruit and manage Business Development team members

Client : Digital Advertising Solutions
Placement : Mampang, South Jakarta
Working : Remote (Work from Home)
Office hours : 9 hours with 1 hours lunch break
Employment : Permanent (3 months probation))
Salary : IDR 30.000.000 (Gross)
Benefit : BPJS, Private Insurance until 3rd child, Dental Coverage, Internet Allowance
Nationally : Indonesian Citizen only

**Salary**: Up to Rp30,000,000 per month
