Job Description:

- Responsible for ensuring that objectives and plans across region, are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Develops and identifies new routes to market to increase product presence (channel strategy) Research and conduct necessary analysis for potential new locations for outlets expansions
- Develops B2B or B2C network for further business expansion
- Perform research and collect data regarding sales trends and consumer satisfaction to help a business understand their consumers or clients
- Optimizes and evaluates business performance through the business planning process
- Develops and maintains relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
- Conducts reviews on business strategy
- Ensures profitability by effectively managing asset cost and allocation among new and existing customers.

Job Requirements:

- Have more than 3 years of experience as Bus Dev Manager in F&B or other relevant industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to leverage internal processes and resources.
- Knowledge of business planning and financial performance measure
- Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions while balancing multiple priorities.
- Have knowledge on F&B management or related skill (Opening new outlet, P&L, Costing, Restaurant Operation and Training)
- Experience in developing and managing sales on a strategic and tactical level within consumer products industry
- Strong managerial and communication skills
- Proficient in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Trial period contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
