We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our Operations department. In this role, you will handle land-related queries, including managing the Holding Table, addressing Accounts Payable (AP) issues, and investigating adjustments and error supplements. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and ensuring tasks are completed within defined procedures and standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigate adjustments and error supplements.
- Analyze write-off reports to identify trends or discrepancies.
- Address queries related to Accounts Payable (AP).
- Manage and maintain the Holding Table accurately.
- Assist the team in cross-quality checks and investigations when discrepancies arise.
- Follow instructions and pre-defined guidelines to complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure all work meets team standards and escalate issues or system limitations to your supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking
- High attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with team members
- Flexibility with shifting hours
- Prior experience in operations, finance, or AP-related roles
- Familiarity with internal holding or financial tracking systems
