About the Role

As part of our Premium Clinic Division, the Supply Chain Executive will play a key role in ensuring seamless availability of high-quality dental materials, consumables, and equipment across our premium clinics.

This position demands precision, responsibility, and a strong sense of operational excellence — supporting the delivery of world-class patient experiences through efficient supply chain management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end procurement and inventory operations for premium clinic materials and equipment.
  • Plan and monitor stock levels to ensure optimal availability without overstocking.
  • Source and coordinate with trusted suppliers and distributors for dental and clinical products.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Operations, Finance, and Clinical Teams to forecast usage and manage replenishment cycles.
  • Ensure traceability and compliance in all product movements (from sourcing to clinic delivery).
  • Maintain updated records and reports on inventory performance, cost efficiency, and consumption trends.
  • Support improvement initiatives to elevate supply reliability, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or procurement, ideally in healthcare, clinic, or premium service industry.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and coordination ability across departments.
  • Integrity, reliability, and service-oriented mindset.
