We are looking for a
Supply Chain Executive
who will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process for our Consumer Products Division — covering oral care and wellness products.

This role ensures that raw materials, packaging, and finished goods flow seamlessly from suppliers to customers, while maintaining cost efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage procurement planning, supplier coordination, and purchase order execution.
  • Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Coordinate production and logistics schedules to meet sales and distribution timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Warehouse teams for new product launches.
  • Monitor supplier performance and delivery accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation for product movement, stock transfers, and import/export processes (if applicable).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain efficiency and system accuracy.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or procurement, preferably in FMCG / consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiar with ERP / inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, or equivalent).
  • Good communication and vendor management skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
