Job Description

Manage and Develop the relation and performance of University Client

Handling Collaboration project between Industry, University and Governments

Holding & supporting annual or occasional events in national, regional and global scale

Analyze current condition and develop strategy based on internal regulation, internal budget and field situation

Handle administration, procurement and documentation of related project

Requirement

1+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as account management, customer service, or sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and deliver on-time and within budget

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the delivery team

Experience in technology or IT services and having technical background

Experience in Higher Education Field/University Area is a plus

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Fluent in Chinese
