Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations professional, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Customer Relations role involves managing day-to-day customer interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing support and service to customers, and addressing inquiries and issues in a timely manner. The role also encompasses effective communication with customers and internal teams to enhance overall customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficient in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Relevant experience in customer relations or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
