Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relation role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves daily interaction with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and effective problem resolution. Responsibilities include providing exemplary customer support, managing customer feedback, and building positive, long-term relationships to uphold excellent service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Retention and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication abilities to connect effectively with clients
  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service with a focus on problem-solving
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools or related customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Additional language skills are a plus
