Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Customer Relations professional. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring high customer retention. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, providing solutions, and maintaining an outstanding customer experience aligned with 's mission of empowering individuals through education.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to assist customers effectively and resolve their issues promptly.
  • Experience in Customer Retention and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through engagement and relationship-building strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adaptability in managing multiple customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Communication, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer relations or similar roles is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
