Responsibilities

  • Sell company products directly to customers (B2C) through face-to-face interactions and telephone communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance trust and loyalty.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive product information tailored to customer needs to support purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Manage customer databases and accurately record interactions in a structured manner.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams in developing sales strategies and achieving business targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and regularly evaluate performance results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in B2C sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasive skills, and ability to build good interpersonal relationships with customers.
  • Disciplined, proactive, and able to work with targets and manage time effectively.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) in Jakarta.
