Manage After Sales Operations: Oversee and lead the after-sales team to deliver efficient and high-quality post-purchase service.2. Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.3. Warranty & Returns Management: Ensure smooth handling of warranty claims and return processes.4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly reports on after-sales performance, customer satisfaction, and issue trends.5. Team Development: Train and develop the after-sales team to improve service quality and product knowledge.6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer issues.7. Strategy Development: Create strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty post-purchase._______Requirements:Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in after-sales, customer service, or a related managerial role. Industry experience (e.g., electronics, automotive) is a plus.Skills:

- Strong communication and leadership skills. Analytical abilities for identifying trends and implementing solutions. Technical knowledge of products/services offered. Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues efficiently. Project management and organizational skills.Personal Traits:

- Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset. Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in teams.Languages:

- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a plus.
