The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Ensure the company implements the K3 program effectively
- Manage health and safety activities in alignment with company objectives, goals, and OHSAS 18001:2007
- Develop and implement strategies for attaining a proactive and participative safety culture to include active engagement of employees and management
- Provide advice, counsel, and training on injury prevention and hazard reduction strategies
- Monitor effectiveness of hazard control strategies, adjust where needed, and communicate results to all employees

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety or similar scientific / engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience as Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor in Manufacturing or Warehouse Environment
- Strong working knowledge of HSE Issue, OHSAS18001:2007, regulations, process and implementation in Manufacturing and Warehouse Environment is required
- Hold professional Safety Certification (K3 Umum)
- Possess an assertive communication, self starter, strong leadership and management skills
