Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Supervisor. The HSE Supervisor will oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies within the organization. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing accident investigations, ensuring compliance with occupational health standards, and promoting a safe work environment. The role involves coordinating and executing health and safety programs tailored to mitigate workplace risks and enhance overall safety culture.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Health & Safety and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
  • Proficiency in Occupational Health and workplace safety regulations
  • Experience in conducting Accident Investigations and inspections
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for policy implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related fields
  • Familiarity with local and international HSE standards and regulations
  • Certification in HSE or related fields is an advantage
