How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

• Conduct internal HSE inspections
• Deliver HSE induction and training
• Keep updated HSE procedures for the specific tasks
• Supervise HSE procedures implementation in the operative sites
• Ensure effective implementation of Life Saving Rules
• Spread HSE rules / standards / procedures / bulletins on site
• Ensure that relevant safety risk assessments are complied with and that Job Safety Analyses are prepared during the operations
• Promote safe operative techniques and methodologies for the planning, safety control (i.e. JSA)
• Ensure adequate HSE reporting in line with Company procedures
• Inspect subcontractors activities
• Control compliance of the equipment utilised on site
• Monitor the effective implementation of the Permit to Work system on site
• Prepare and administer HSE Key Performance Indicators for the operational activities
• Assist in the investigation of accidents and analysis to identify trends and propose the necessary corrective measures
• Monitor and maintain control measures in the use of hazardous materials
• Supervise the Environmental aspect on site, supporting key personnel

What are we looking for?

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Preferably with additional technical or safety-related training)
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in offshore drilling operations, specifically in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles.
• Strong understanding of HSE management systems, drilling safety management, rig operations, and HSE compliance standards.
• Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Emergency Response Procedures.
• Proficient in incident reporting, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead HSE inductions, inspections, and promote Life Saving Rules compliance.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, able to work effectively in multicultural and high-risk offshore environments.
• Willing to be assigned to offshore sites as required.

Required Certifications (Valid and Up to Date):

• BOSIET CA-EBS (HUET) or FOET CA-EBS (HUET) – approved by OPITO
• H2S Certificate – approved by OPITO
• Valid K3 Certificate
• Valid Seaman Book
• HLO (Helicopter Landing Officer) Certificate
• First Aid Certificate (preferred)
• NEBOSH / SMK3 / HSE Officer Certificate (preferred)
