Nebraska Pratama telah dikenal sebagai produsen dan distributor bahan-bahan kimia khusus. merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan dan distribusi Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (B3), meliputi penyimpanan, transportasi, pengolahan, serta layanan konsultasi lingkungan. PT Nebrasaka Pratama secara resmi telah mendapatkan Izin Pemanfaatan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun dari Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup no Tahun 2014. PT. Nebraska Pratama kini juga menerima jasa untuk pengolahan limbah B3. Limbah - limbah tersebut akan diolah dengan teknologi yang ramah lingkungan.

Departemen: Health, Safety & Environment

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Melaksanakan dan memantau penerapan program HSE di seluruh area kerja.
  • Mengawasi pelaksanaan prosedur keselamatan kerja di area pengelolaan limbah.
  • Menyusun dan memperbarui dokumen lingkungan, seperti manifest limbah B3, laporan triwulan, serta catatan pemantauan lingkungan.
  • Melakukan pelatihan dan sosialisasi kepada karyawan mengenai keselamatan dan pengelolaan limbah.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak ketiga terkait pengangkutan dan pemusnahan limbah.
  • Melakukan inspeksi dan audit internal untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar K3L.
  • Membantu investigasi insiden atau ketidaksesuaian yang terjadi di area kerja dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
  • Melakukan identifikasi potensi bahaya (hazard identification) dan penilaian risiko (risk assessment).
  • Mengawasi pelaksanaan prosedur keselamatan kerja dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD).
  • Menyusun dan memperbarui dokumen HSE seperti SOP, JSA, dan laporan insiden.
  • Melakukan inspeksi, audit internal, serta tindak lanjut terhadap temuan HSE.
  • Melaksanakan pelatihan, sosialisasi, dan kampanye keselamatan kepada seluruh karyawan.
  • Menangani investigasi kecelakaan kerja dan menyusun laporan serta rekomendasi perbaikan.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan terkait K3L (Kemenaker & KLHK).
  • Berkoordinasi dengan instansi eksternal terkait pelaksanaan program HSE.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di Teknik Industri atau jurusan terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang HSE (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan).
  • Memahami regulasi dan prosedur pengelolaan limbah B3.
  • Memiliki sertifikat AK3 Umum, HAZWOPER, atau pelatihan pengelolaan limbah B3 menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.
  • Bersedia bekerja di hari Senin s.d Sabtu.
