**The Role**

We have designed our internships to give remarkable students like you a real role in our business. We are looking for LB’s future leaders - people who are passionate, driven and have outstanding potential.

You will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your new professional skills and knowledge during a final presentation, providing you a strong foundation to start building your career.

You will deep-dive into People & Culture department during the duration of your internship, function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities and your team-specific anchor project.

Our ultimate goal is to bring great talents to LB.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist the POBP team regarding HR operations-related activities, such as onboarding, maintaining employee database, HRIS, letters, internal memo, offboarding etc;
- Support employee engagement efforts across the organization, such as employee birthday treats, lunch roulette, etc;
- Assist the corporate insurance matters for the employee, including updating, registering, and terminating the affiliation;
- Support in the general affairs area to ensure office maintenance and general supplies run smoothly;
- Assist the People & Culture Framework and Policies socialization;
- Contribute in the ideation, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of company-wide activities together with the other People & Culture team members;
- Contribute in process improvement projects for overall area in People Operations & Business Partnering.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements & Experiences**:

- Majoring in Psychology/Management/other relevant fields
- Proactive, and willing to learn, with good project management skills
- Basic skills and knowledge in Interviewing and Training
- Minimum language requirement: Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Available for min. 6 months
