People and Culture will be responsible to create and deliver an end-to-end people strategy which will underpin the corporate plan, bring to life the vision and values, and ensure they are embedded. Partner with everyone in the company to support overall goal in providing the best experience for staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive staff engagement initiatives and activities on monthly basis, by embedding the culture, vision, and values to have a dynamic, fun, and high-performance team

Support center operations by creating a centralized offline or online event for students, aligned closely with Service and Academic department and any other department

Proactively give suggestion towards reward and recognition program for students and staff

Coordinate learning and development activities as well as implementation and results

Responsible for all written communication both internal and externally through multiple channel

Act as a liaison for any government, corporate events, or other projects needed

Support and oversee complaint handling processes

Support and oversee procurement process aligned with company guideline
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in similar role or responsibilities. Experienced in education or hospitality industry will be an advantage.

Passionate about people with proven people skills experiences

Great planner with creative and independent execution ability to get things done effectively

Can do attitude to handle a multi-tasking work environment with good time management skills

Have a good know how on designing collaterals or any other design tools will be an advantage

Good communication as well as writing skills

Ability to nurture professional relationships with colleagues at all levels and with external contacts and partners to support the achievement objectives
