Enterprise Sales Manager

Digital Cloud Communications is a fast-growing player in the CpaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) industry, with operations in multiple countries, with a mission of helping enterprises deliver exceptional customer experiences through omnichannel messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Voice, and more) via a single API and intelligent engagement tools.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across key verticals
- Sell CPaaS and omnichannel solutions
- Develop consultative sales strategies to address client needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Work closely with product and technical teams for successful onboarding
- Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets
Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:
- 5+ years in Enterprise SaaS / CPaaS sales
- Proven track record in closing high-value enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of omnichannel messaging trends and APIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
