Enterprise Sales Manager

Digital Cloud Communications is a fast-growing player in the CpaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) industry, with operations in multiple countries, with a mission of helping enterprises deliver exceptional customer experiences through omnichannel messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Voice, and more) via a single API and intelligent engagement tools.
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition in the CPaaS and omnichannel space. The ideal candidate has deep experience in solution selling, B2B SaaS, and building long-term partnerships with large enterprises.
Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across key verticals
Sell CPaaS and omnichannel solutions
Develop consultative sales strategies to address client needs
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Work closely with product and technical teams for successful onboarding
Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets
Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:
5+ years in Enterprise SaaS / CPaaS sales
Proven track record in closing high-value enterprise deals
Strong understanding of omnichannel messaging trends and APIs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
