**About the Role**:
Based in our Jakarta office, the Credit Risk Manager will play a key leadership role in developing and driving the company's credit risk strategy and related policies.

**What will you be doing?**
- Design and drive implementation of credit strategies, policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Build, test, develop, validate and monitor comprehensive credit scoring models used to support credit decisions
- Analyze and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients
- Mentor and train credit risk analysts

**We would love to get to know you if you have the following**:

- Has minimum a bachelor's degree with outstanding academic records
- Has minimum 4 years experience, with minimum 2 years experience managing a team in **(i)** a fast growing fintech company doing SME lending, start-up lending, and/or P2P lending, (ii) venture debt, or (iii) private debt
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Has proven track records in credit risk analysis preferably with a focus on SMEs and start-ups
- 100% hands on & positive attitude (we believe in leading by example, and as a leader, you will be expected to participate in the day to day activities of your team)
- Has positive attitude, analytical, and is self-motivated.
