Credit Risk Manager

Job Description:
- Utilize big data query techniques to extract and analyze key risk indicators in order to support data-driven decision-making in credit risk assessment.
- Conduct regular identification, assessment, and reporting of risks related to the credit portfolio to ensure proactive risk management and effective mitigation.
- Evaluate new business initiatives and product proposals from a Credit Risk perspective, and collaborate with Business Units to ensure alignment with risk profiles and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze tracking results and vendor data to assess borrower risk profiles, aiming to enhance underwriting models and risk strategies.
- Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and other financial industry guidelines, and adjust the risk management framework in response to regulatory developments.
- Continuously monitor and update the company's risk profile, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the fintech industry, such as banking, multifinance, or P2P lending.
- Proficiency in English is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
