Job Purpose:

  • Lead and manage the credit risk team to ensure credit risk profile mainly in business segment of corporate banking and commercial banking is acceptable and meet all requirement by hold a comprehensive assessment on all risk application in the area of credit analysis, credit reviewer and transaction legal while the bank is trying to achieve the profit; to support the bank build a compliance soundness of corporate banking credit practices.
  • Liaise and maintain good communication between SMBC Indonesia and SMBC Group in relation to credit policy and ensure the Bank's credit approval processes are aligned with SMBC Group's policy.
  • Lead and oversee the Bank initiatives related to Credit Governance improvement.
  • As for credit approval subject to credit approval authority which defined separately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Hands on experience in banking industry, which includes the corporate banking credit, risk management, and or corporate banking business management experience.
  • Possesses proven experience in leading and managing a team of managers and team leaders.
  • Comprehended Knowledge and Practice of credit in related business segment.
  • Good Knowledge of Risk Management.
  • Good in English both speaking and writing.
  • Has proficiency in Japanese, both spoken and written.
