focused on
credit risk modelling, predictive analytics, and product development
. You'll work with diverse data sources, build scoring models and dashboards, and help shape solutions that drive smarter credit decisions.

Location: South Jakarta | Type: Permanent Employment- Full-time (WFO) | Experience Level: Mid-Level | Language Requirement: Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Analyse credit bureau data, financial transactions, and alternative data sources to
    extract actionable insights for credit risk
    and business strategy.
  • Develop
    statistical models
    , dashboards, and visualizations to support risk assessment and portfolio monitoring.
  • Assist in
    building and deploying traditional and machine learning models for credit scoring
    , alternative scoring, and collections analytics.
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts by preparing insights, data summaries, and supporting technical discussions with clients.
  • Support the development and continuous enhancement of analytics products
    —design, build, and iterate on models, dashboards, and visualisations that support risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, and evolving market needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in data analysis, financial modelling, or credit risk analytics.
  • Master's degree in mathematics or Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    , SQL, R, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
  • Proven experience in model development and product development
    —you've built solutions that evolved into scalable, client-facing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of
    statistical modelling, machine learning, and credit scoring.
  • Experience in financial risk assessment, banking, multifinance, fintech, or credit bureau services.
  • Ability to translate complex data into business insights for clients.
