What You'll Do

You will play a key role in supporting our business units to achieve alternative lending growth while ensuring sound credit risk management. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and launching credit policy, program, and framework for alternative lending in line with regulations, internal policies, and lending authority limits.
  • Creating and implementing alternative lending initiatives using ecosystem data and augmented risk models.
  • Providing risk support during product planning, launch, and revisions.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to define the data directory and dictionary for ecosystem groups and relevant datasets.
  • Partnering with Business, Operations, and IT to map and optimize the loan process and implement Loan Operating Systems.
  • Working with Data Risk Analysts to translate credit hypotheses into predictive credit models.
  • Developing and executing portfolio performance monitoring using ecosystem and gold source data.
  • Managing program deviation approvals and ensuring NPL and risk triggers remain within set parameters.
  • Conducting regular portfolio quality reviews and recommending remedial actions when needed.
  • Continuously updating credit policies and driving process improvements across teams.
  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements to achieve satisfactory results.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in alternative lending using ecosystem and/or gold source data for borrower behavior analysis.
  • Strong understanding of ecosystem dynamics, business banking products, and statistical models.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker who can work independently and as part of a team.
