This amazing opportunity will allow you to focus on Microsoft’s technology priorities and drive adoption and penetration of Azure cloud services across App Dev, Data & Analytics / AI & Generative AI workloads with our key partners. You will provide deep architectural & technical coaching aiding our partners to develop impactful solutions and services for our customers. Leveraging your deep technical experience you will validate our partners’ technology architecture, scalability & resiliency setups, cloud scale analytics, latest techniques in RAG, etc, and assist them to overcome technical blockers, and aid them to in early reference customer wins, and realize consumption and usage results from their solutions and services.

**Responsibilities**:
**Partner Deep Technical Enablement and Execution**
- Solution Development: Be the Chief Architect to our partners, aiding our partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or services leveraging Microsoft’s latest technologies in App Dev, Data & Analytics / AI & Generative AI
- Tech Sales: Coach partners on technical pre-sales skills while supporting partners’ early reference customer wins, and work to unblock technical challenges
- Trusted Advisor: Develops and expands relationships with partner architects, C-level technical decision makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders (to the extent that the customer/partner will call for consultation without being prompted)
- Evangelism: Evangelize partners’ practices and solutions in customers’ implementations via Technical briefings and Architecture Review Sessions
- Technical Engagement and Enablement through partners: Lead deep technical engagements, including; Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, Hackathons, workshops, Technical briefings
- Best Practice Sharing: Collaborate with Microsoft’s Engineering teams to generate technical insights, features and roadmap, and enable best practices sharing

**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
- ** Deep technical hands-on skills of Azure (especially App Dev, Data & Analytics / AI & Generative AI services) and knowledge of market business environment as a mandatory requirement**:

- Proven track record of building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and services practice building with executives in ISV and SIs
- Ability to solve Partner technical problems and unblock technical issues, leveraging internal and/or external resources.

**Additional/ Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with designing and developing GenAI solutions highly desirable
