PT Vivo Energy Indonesia is a subsidiary company of Vitol Group. It is an Indonesian private company in gas petrol station and is expanding their business in Indonesia.

**Job Description**:

- Conduct retail network study to identify advantaged sites in key market areas.
- Conduct feasibility studies and economic justification for each site.
- Negotiate with landowners’ prices and terms and conditions leading to the preparation and signing of agreements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landowners, lawyers and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market property conditions and trends.
- Manage real estate contracts and payments.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary education with at least 3 years working in the real estate with extensive real estate contacts.
- Track record of past work experience and/or proof of successfully closed deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Work independently.
- Possess own transport.
