**What You Will Do**
- Pursue opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising from external sources
- Amplify Brand and Product projects with specific influencer / KOL & Media partnerships by managing talent identification and vetting, outreach, negotiations, ideation, and measurement
- Having a good understanding of the communication industry to be able to create a strategic proposal for influencer/Media/community.
- Utilizing social media tools to analyze social media campaigns, content, and KOL to gather insight and action plan
- Lead and execute the development of creative content and increase engagement on our brand platforms (Instagram, Website, Youtube, Tiktok, LinkedIn etc)
- Analyze brand social media platforms performance and provide insights and recommendations
- Produce marketing copy for our website, craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
- Helping inform internal teams of key trends and/or brand crisis situations on social media that can impact the business

**What You Need**
- At least 2 years of related work experience. Coming from a Beauty Company is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of social media analytic, content production and influencer management
- Prior experience with communicating with local and geographically dispersed stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging
- You must be a self-starter with initiative, creativity, and drive
- Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal skills
- Broad knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, and technologies
- Solid project management experience
