Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


• Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences and effective media channels for offline campaigns.


• Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.


• Manage public relations efforts, including CSR initiatives, press releases, and media relations to maintain a positive brand image.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.


• Conduct market research to gain insights into audience needs and preferences, informing brand strategies.


• Plan and execute offline media strategies, including print, radio, and event partnerships.


• Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address any potential brand-related issues.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.


• Proven experience in brand communication, marketing, or public relations (3-5 years).


• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is a plus.


• Proven experience in media buying for out-of-home (OOH), events, and offline campaigns.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.


• Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
