About the role

As a Community Specialist at PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing an engaged community of customers and brand advocates. This full-time position is based in Jakarta and involves driving brand awareness, fostering a sense of community, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive community engagement strategy to increase brand loyalty and advocacy
  2. Managing and moderating online community platforms, including social media channels and forums
  3. Facilitating meaningful discussions, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
  4. Organising and hosting community events, both online and offline, to bring members together and strengthen relationships
  5. Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to create engaging content that resonates with the community
  6. Analysing community data and metrics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of initiatives, and make data-driven decisions
  7. Continuously seeking feedback from the community to inform product development and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in community management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the marketing or technology industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  4. Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools, with the ability to leverage them to drive engagement
  5. Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop engaging content and generate insights from community data
  6. Passion for building and nurturing online communities and a deep understanding of community dynamics
