Marketing Communication Specialist
Position Purpose
We are looking for a Marketing Communication Executive/Specialist who can build and maintain consistent brand communication across all digital and offline channels.

This role requires strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and a refined aesthetic sense to deliver elegant, modern, and relevant brand messaging for the beauty & lifestyle audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand communication strategies across social media, website, marketplace, and promotional materials.
  • Produce creative content (captions, articles, scripts, video briefs) aligned with the brand identity and beauty industry trends.
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate with designers, photographers/videographers, and KOL partners.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and conduct basic analysis (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion).
  • Support PR activities and external communication to maintain a strong and positive brand image.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communication, brand communication, or content marketing.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills (copywriting, scripting, caption writing, etc.)
  • Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok/IG analytics, and design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative.
  • Strong understanding of beauty, lifestyle trends, and influencer/KOL culture.
  • Creative, communicative, and highly attuned to branding.
