**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Report Development**: Build, update, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to effectively visualise and analyse customer feedback, operational metrics, and key performance indicators.
- **Data Integration**: Integrate data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for comprehensive reporting.
- **Insight Generation**:Utilise Power BI to identify trends and generate insights from data, supporting strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- **Issue Reporting**: Develop reports to detect and analyse recurring issues in customer interactions, collaborating with teams to resolve these issues.
- **Custom Reporting**: Work closely with stakeholders to design and tailor Power BI reports and dashboards to meet specific business needs and objectives.
- **Documentation**: Document the reporting processes and create guides to support training and ensure consistency in report generation.
- **Additional Duties**: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the Customer Tribe and its squads.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with Power BI, including report creation, data modelling, and visualisation.
- Proficient in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data visualisation best practices.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and relational databases.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills.
- High level of English language - minimum IELTS Band 8/TOEFL PBT 635/TOEFL IBT 110/TOEIC 905, or other proficiency test result (min C1 level is needed).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with customer feedback tools and data integration.
- Previous experience in a reporting or data analysis role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Adherence to all company policies, including anti-bribery and Environmental and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and 14001).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or QlikView.
- Knowledge of data governance and data security practices.
