We're looking for a skilled
Power BI Expert
to join our team. You know how to turn messy, scattered data into clear dashboards that leaders can actually make decisions with.

You work independently, communicate clearly, and take full ownership of your work. You have strong analytical thinking, a product mindset, and a sharp eye for detail. You can translate business questions into dashboards, reports, and automated insights, without overcomplicating the solution.

You collaborate with intent, you lift the team around you, and you continuously improve your own craft. Since you'll be working in an international environment, your English is flawless.

Professional experience

  • Minimum
    3–5+ years
    of experience working with Power BI in a professional setting.
  • Experience building dashboards that drive decision-making at leadership level.
  • Strong ability to work directly with stakeholders, interpret requirements, and turn them into clear visual insights.

Core Technical Expertise

  • Solid Power BI skills: data modelling, DAX, relationships, dataflows, and published dashboards.
  • Confident working with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Comfortable setting up refresh schedules, permissions, and basic governance.
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, or other BI tools is a plus — but not required.

Collaboration & Process

  • Strong communication skills — clear, concise, to the point.
  • Ability to challenge requirements, identify edge cases, and propose better solutions.
  • Comfortable documenting dashboards and data logic for future teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.

Quality & Reliability

  • You create dashboards that are clean, intuitive, and tell a story.
  • You validate your numbers rigorously before publishing anything.
  • You proactively improve data quality and flag inconsistencies.
