Job Summary- This role will be responsible for communications and campaigns to existing customers.- Job Qualifications- Required:

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in communications discipline and 3 - 5 years experience in marketing or communications area
- Preferred:
- An excellent communicator
- Familiar with CRM or customer management platforms and comfortable with the use of marketing technology
- Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities- Responsible for communications and campaigns to existing customers
- Create and maintain relationships between Zurich and its P&C customers
- Communicate benefits to customers to increase engagement and satisfaction with Zurich
- Work with the Customer Knowledge and Experience team to ensure clear customer journey and engagement path
- Utilize input from data analytics segmentation to ensure relevant and motivating customer communications
- Create and implement new standards for renewal communications which lead to greater customer retention
