Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and execute engagement campaigns through digital channels to increase product expansion and renewal.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and creating content for all communication channels (email, push notification, WhatsApp, etc)
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver good engagement campaigns for all existing clients.
- Generate weekly engagement rate report to manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, PR, etc.
- Min 1-2 experience working as Customer Engagement or Content Writing.
- Creative content writing.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Familiar with email marketing/CRM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and -strategy.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- Curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
