This role is ideal for someone with strong sales spirit as a hunter, passionate in building long-term client relationships, and experiences in B2B. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, offering tailored solutions, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strive to hunt & prospect to engage with new leads and existing clients to understand their needs
  • Offer & present consultative solutions from our training and consulting portfolio
  • Prepare sales proposals & costing in line with the company's guidance
  • Update accurate sales reports regularly through CRM tools
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic engagement and follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in B2B sales
  • Experienced in proposal development, presentation and negotiation
  • Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to think long-term and act with integrity
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Passionate about people & organization development
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English for daily business communication
