About the Role

1. Perform validation, manual calculation, reconciliation of Agency / Corporate Solution’s compensation to sales force / partners.

2. Perform Agency contest’s calculation and monitor budget vs actual cost of contest using formulated template.

3. Reconcile ledger related Agency / Corporate Solution compensation and preparing manual journal entry for manual calculation.

4. Prepare reports related Agency / Corporate Solution compensation (e.g. Agent debt report, etc.)
- _ Validating databases from systems and maintaining data quality._
- _ Preparing formulated template for manual calculation of Agency / Corporate Solution compensation._
- _ Performing Agency contest’s calculation and monitor budget vs actual cost of contest using formulated template._
- _ Reconciling ledger related Agency / Corporate Solution compensation_
- _ Preparing manual journal entry for manual _calculation/adjustment._
- _ Preparing reports related Agency / Corporate Solution compensation (e.g. Agent debt report, etc.)_
- _ Perform validation of Tax calculation from compensation benefit paid to agent and brokers/partners._
- _ Preparing payment order for Agency / Corporate Solution compensation benefit._
- _ Preparing requirement for system development and performing UAT for new product or new / changes of compensation scheme._
